The recession is hitting hard. Thousands of people are out of jobs, industries are struggling and the country’s economy is failing. In the midst of all the doom and gloom UK residents still like to holiday. Staying home is going to be a major option for the people of the UK. There are many destinations in UK that could tickle your fancy but there is one in particular I would like to talk about.
I recently went to Edinburgh with my girlfriend for about 4 days. Stayed in a very nice welcoming hotel on the Royal Mile which is an excellent location and within walking distance of some major attractions like:
• Edinburgh Castle (Amazing views and very historical)
• Edinburgh Dungeons (Scary and funny at the same time)
• Edinburgh Zoo
There is so much to do in Edinburgh aswell as shopping and sites. There are whole host of bars, restaurants and unique food places to try. Four days was about right for us as we saw everything we wanted to see and managed to relax in a welcoming city.
